- Volunteers and presenters from Canalside are not eligible to enter
- All winners will be drawn at random at the conclusion of a competition
- Winners are not eligible to enter any further competition on the same day or the following day
- Winners agree to participate in any publicity that Canalside may wish to arrange
- Prizes may be substituted to equal or greater value at Canalside’s discretion
